I am responsible for managing web advertising and providing metric and insights of clients’ advertisements and Vance’s digital products. I also heavily involve in digital product management. Media Business has recognized ModernSalon.com, part of my team's initiative, as one of 10 great media websites in 2010. I was the head of Vance’s digital marketing service division Vance Marketing Solutions where I created strategies and plans of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web optimization, email marketing, mobile marketing and other digital campaigns for clients including Pfizer, P&G and JC Penney.
